*  We always keep the kids on their mamas for 3 - 4 months.

*  It is first come first serve basis unless a deposit has been paid.

                                    Sales Price DOES NOT include:

*  Health Certificates should they go out of Texas ($15.00) extra.

*  Any other examinations as per different State or customer requirements.

*  Testing for CAE = $14, Brucellosis = $6, TB = $14, CL = $16, plus a $52 vet labor fee. Total for all is $102. 

*  Bank or money transfer costs.

*  We request a 50% deposit down and balance payable before or on the
day the animal leaves.

*  A $1.00/day boarding fee will be charged after 30 days from the date of purchase to the date of pickup.  

*  Deposits are non refundable!  

*  Should something happen to the goat a deposit was paid for, the buyer
will have first choice of others that are for sale.

*  We do accept payments through PayPal, money orders as well as personal checks (checks must clear bank before pickup).

*  Full payment will be required before we let any animal leave our property.

*  We do not accept any responsibility once the animal/animals you have bought
leaves our ranch.

*  We will hold a goat for 30 days after purchase. The buyer must arrange to have goat/goats picked up within that time frame unless previous arrangement has been made prior to sale.  Rio Grande Boer Goats will not be held responsible should anything happen to the animal.  We take the best of care possible of all our animals.

* Shipping transport is buyer's responsibility. We are NOT responsible for shipper's treatment of your goats and we can NOT guarantee the condition of your goats upon arrival. That is the handler/transporter's responsibility! We do guarantee the condition of the goat/goats when they are picked up.

* We do not ship via air freight.
